Description
You may see this error when programming an Active Serial mode compatible configuration device via an Intel® Stratix® 10 device with a .jic file in Intel Quartus® Prime Pro Software version 18.0 or 18.0.1
This error may also occur when using a stand-alone version of Intel® Quartus® Programmer version 18.0 or 18.0.1.
Resolution
This known problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Software. To request a patch for Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro 18.0, file a case in Intel® Premier Support
