Connection failed: Unable to connect to New_configuration

Description

Due to a problem in Arm® Development Studio version 2020.0, you may see the error message "Connection Failed Unable to connect to New_Configuration" when using Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.1 when connecting to start a debugging session. 

Resolution

To workaround this problem, download and install Arm® Development Studio version 2020.1 from this link:
