Physical placement assignments made in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 17.1 may change for certain Intel® Stratix® 10 E-tile devices if migrating to production

In the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 17.1, if your design includes location assignments that use X-Y coordinate (such as LogicLock regions or physical location assignments) for Intel® Stratix® 10 devices with transceiver E-tile, you must increase the X coordinate by 8 if you want to migrate the same assignments to the corresponding production ordering code.
