Can I read the PCIe Gen3 PMA settings via the Reconfiguration Controller?

Description

The PCIe® Gen3 HIP contains a seperate set of PMA registers from those accessed by the Reconfiguration Controller. The PCIe-specific PMA registers ensure compliance with the PCIe Gen3 specification. These PCIe-specific PMA registers can not be accessed via the reconfiguration controller.

The user can bypass the PCIe-specific registers with the Reconfiguration Controller by following the steps outlined in AN671 found here:
