Why is OpenCL RTE 16.1 update 2 is not uploaded on dl.altera.com?

Due to some technical problems, the Quartus® Prime software version 16.1 update 2 OpenCL® RTE RPM package may be missing from the download center.

You can download 16.1 update2 OpenCL RTE package from following link:

aocl-rte-16.1.2-1.x86_64.rpm
