Description

Yes, starting in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 21.1, the Compilation Time Advisor, Timing Optimization Advisor, and Power Optimization Advisor have been removed. 

Resolution

Use the new Design Assistant feature available in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software for optimization guidance.
