Does the Parallel Flash Loader IP (PFL) support the FPGA Configuration option when instantiated in MAX 10 devices?

Description Yes, starting from Quartus® II software version 14.1, the Parallel Flash Loader IP (PFL) supports the FPGA Configuration option as well as the Flash Programming option, when instantiated in MAX® 10 devices. The PFL IP can be used to program external flash devices and configure FPGAs that are connected to the MAX 10 device.
