C4 Speed Grade Should Be Available for Gen2 Variants of the Stratix V Hard IP for PCI Express IP Core

Critical Issue

Description

The C4 speed grade should be available for Gen2 variants of the Stratix V Hard IP for PCI Express IP Core. However, version 12.0 of the Quartus II software does not allow you to select this speed grade.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in version 12.0 SP1 of the Quartus II software.
