Can I use the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer on a device with an encrypted .pof?

Yes, the SignalTap™ II Logic Analyzer can be used with either encrypted or unencrypted Programmer Object File (.pof) as long as the anti-tamper protection bit is not set.
