How can I know if the tamper bit programming option has been included in the Encryption Key Programming(.ekp) file?

Description

When generating the Encryption Key Programming (.ekp) file, the Quartus® II software will provide the following message which indicates that the tamper bit programming option has been included in the generated .ekp file:  

 

Info (210119): EKP file <filename>.ekp sets the tamper protection bit
