Can I power the EPCS serial configuration device with 3.0V when I configure the Stratix IV FPGA using Active Serial Configuration mode?

Description

Yes, you can power the EPCS serial configuration device with 3.0V when you configure the Stratix® IV FPGA using Active Serial (AS) Configuration mode. This is feasible because the power supply to the EPCS device ranges between 2.7-3.6V. You do not need a dedicated 3.3V power supply to power the EPCS device. The EPCS device and the VCCPGM pins on the Stratix IV device may share the same 3.0V power supply.
