Critical Warning for Designs with Reconfiguration Megafunction

    Critical Issue

    Description

    This errata affects the Triple-Speed Ethernet MegaCore function.

    When you compile a design that contains a Reconfiguration megafunction, the Quartus II software displays a warning message similar to the following:

    Critical Warning: (High) Rule A103: Design should not contain delay chains.     The warning path resides in the Reconfiguration megafunction. You may safely ignore the warning messages.

    This issue affects all design that contains a Reconfiguration megafunction.

    Resolution

    This issue has no workaround.This issue will be fixed in a future version of the Triple-Speed Ethernet MegaCore function.
