Description
You may have noticed that the Cyclone® V and Arria® V device families are not available in the “Signal Compiler Block" when using DSP Builder Standard Blockset in Quartus II software version 12.0 and earlier.
The Cyclone V and Arria V devices are available when using the DSP Builder Advanced Blockset, which uses the “Device Block” to choose the device family.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in the Quartus® II software version 12.1. Both the Arria V and Cyclone V devices have been added as device families in the “Signal Compiler Block”.
