Description
The shelf life of Enpirion® Power SoC devices sealed in a Moisture Barrier Bag (MBB) is specified as a minimum of 12 months. There is no maximum period or expiry date on the MBB label. The Enpirion Power SoC devices do not require re-baking after the 12-month window has been exceeded as long as the Humidity Indicator Card (HIC) indicates they are dry.
This is in accordance with JEDEC specification IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 MSL level 3.
