Description
Timing violations on setup and recovery paths for I7 speed grade for Cyclone® IV GX devices may be caused by incorrect timing models in the Quartus® II software version 9.1 SP2. The affected timing models are for the I7 -40C corner.
A patch is available to resolve this issue in the Quartus II software version 9.1 SP2. Download and install Patch 2.40 from the appropriate link below:

This problem will be fixed in a future version of the Quartus II software.
