Description
Altera® characterizes device operation under conditions consistent with the "Recommended Operating Conditions” that can be found in the respective devices datasheet. Operation outside of these conditions is not characterized and thus not supported. Device reliability may also be impacted if VCCIO is connected to a voltage that is higher than that stated in the Quartus® II software fitter report, which is defined by the IO standards assigned in the design.
