Error (10430): VHDL Primary Unit Declaration error at <location>: primary unit "<name>" already exists in library "<name>"

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 13.1 and earlier, you may see this error when compiling a design after you have generated your Qsys system. This error can occur if a hw.tcl contains more than one add_fileset_file command for the same file. In this case Qsys will append the file contents and the file will contain more than one version of the expected content.
Resolution

To work around this problem, remove the additional add_fileset_file commands from the hw.tcl file.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
