How can I generate an encrypted .pof or .jic file using the quartus_cpf command?

Description

Generation of an encrypted .pof or .jic file using the quartus_cpf command is supported in Quartus® II software versions 14.0 and later. 

Follow the instructions below to generate the required programming file.

1. Use the Convert Programming Files GUI to generate the .pof  or .jic file by adding the .sof file and encryption information manually.

2. Save this set up as a Conversion Setup File (.cof).

3. Use quartus_cpf to generate the .pof or .jic via command line. 

e.g. quartus_cpf -c filename.cof
