No, Quartus® II integrated synthesis version 11.1 SP2 and earlier does not support nested ifndef statements in Verilog HDL. Using nested ifndef statements may result in Verilog HDL or syntax errors during Quartus II integrated synthesis.
Resolution
To avoid these errors, do not use nested`ifdef or`ifndef statements in Verilog HDL with Quartus II integrated synthesis.
This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 12.0.
