In the "Devices and Adapters" section, the pin-out table has a listing for the pin-grid array (PGA) package. The PGA package should be listed as a ball-grid array (BGA) package.
Additionally, the BGA column (erroneously labelled PGA) lists 256-pin FineLine BGA™ pin-outs, and the column labelled 256-pin FineLine BGA lists BGA pin-outs. For example, under the BGA package listing, the nCE pin should be E1, MSEL should be T3, etc. And under the 256-pin FineLine BGA package listing, the nCE pin should be F5, the MSEL should be L5, etc.
Accurate pin-out information for these packages can be found in the Report File (.rpt) for the project or in the FLEX 6000 Programmable Logic Device Family Data Sheet. This error is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the MAX PLUS II software.
