What is the state of the LPM_FIFO Megafunction internal pointers when the device enters user mode?

Environment

Description

The LPM_FIFO Megafunction pointers are simple counters that are implemented in Logic Elements (LEs).  Since the pointers are implemented in LEs their power up state will be low.  The MegaWizard® Plug-In manager does not put a power up high condition on these pointers.
