For Arria II GX or GZ devices, can I set PCI as the I/O standard and connect VCCIO to 3.3V?

    Description No, Arria® II devices do not support the PCI I/O standard with VCCIO of 3.3V. The device can only support the PCI I/O standard with a VCCIO of 3.0V.
