Description
You may get this error in Quartus® Prime software versions 15.1.2 and earlier if you are generating a single port RAM (RAM:1-PORT) with "Read During Write Option" = "New Data" in Arria® 10 devices.
Resolution
To avoid this error select the "Get x\'s for write masked bytes instead of old data when byte enable is used" option that is available in the "Read During Write Option" tab
This issue is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus Prime software.
