When used as an I/O pin, do the Joint Test Action Group (JTAG) pins on the MAX® 7000B devices support I/O standards other than low-voltage transistor-transistor logic (LVTTL)?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description If the JTAG pins are used as I/O pins, they perform and support the same functionality as that of any other I/O pin including low-voltage transistor-transistor logic (LVTTL), low-voltage complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (LVCMOS), gunning transceiver logic (GTL ), and stub series terminated logic (SSTL-2, SSTL-3). However, if the pins are used as JTAG pins, then they only support the LVTTL standard.
