Description
The RLC values for the 484-Pin Ultra FineLine Ball-Grid Array (UBGA) package of Cyclone® IV E devices (package code U19) are unavailable on cyclone4 rlc.xls on the IBIS Models home page.
The Intel® Quartus® Prime software doesn't support the generation of IBIS models with the RLC values for the package either.
