If you are a first time user or your SFTA account has become inactive, you may need to validate your email address and create a SFTA account:
- Follow the instructions on the SFTA web page if prompted to validate your email address
- Click on the validation link when you receive the validation email from SFTA to create an account and password
To upload files to Altera:
- Tell the engineer dealing with your Service Request that you need to send a large file to Altera (>20MB)
- You will receive an email from the Altera engineer containing a SFTA file upload link
- Click on the file upload link within the email to open the SFTA web page
- On the Altera Secure File Transfer upload web page, choose the location nearest to you from the Location menu
- Upload your files by clicking on the Choose File button. Use the Large File/Folder Applet for files larger than 2GB
