I received an application error when installing MAX PLUS® II on a Novell network. What should I do?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description To solve the application error, perform the following steps:
  1. Reboot the computer and do not log on the network.
  2. Install MAX PLUS II according to the installation directions provided in the MAX PLUS II Getting Started manual.
  3. Reboot the computer, log on the network, and start the MAX PLUS II software.
