Description
This is a known problem in the Quartus® II software version 5.1 resulting from an extra GND port in the post-fit netlist.
This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 6.0.
To avoid these errors in version 5.1, remove the extra GND port from the altshift_taps megafunction instance in the Quartus II-generated post-fit netlist.
