Error (209012): Operation failed

    Description

    Due to a known problem in the Quartus® II software version 14.0.2, you might see the error message “Operation Failed” when programming any device in a multi-device JTAG chain that contains an Intel® MAX® 10 device.

    Resolution

    This problem is fixed in the Quartus II software version 15.0 update 1.
