No. The Level 1 license provided with the LeonardoSpectrum-Altera software does not include the LeonardoInsight schematic viewer tool from Mentor Graphics®. The buttons in the graphical user interface for the RTL Schematic, Technology Schematic, and Critical Path Schematic will appear greyed out so that you cannot select them.
A separate license must be purchased from Mentor Graphics to use these features. You can add LeonardoInsight to your Altera version for a standard fee. Please contact your local Mentor Graphics sales office for details.
