Error: "ID does not match the JTAG ID" (FLASHlogic)

Environment

Description If your device ID does not match the JTAG ID during programming or configuration of one or more an EPX8160 devices with pengn, ensure that the device directly after the EPX8160 in the JTAG chain is two (not one) locations after the EPX8160. The EPX8160 device contains two JTAG ID locations. For example, if the JTAG chain contains an EPX8160 device followed by an EPX880 device, the EPX8160 device would be at location 0 while the EPX880 would be at location 2.
