Can I convert time_limted.sof to *.flash file using sof2flash utility?

No, you could not convert time_limited.sof file to *.flash file (using sof2flash) as the time_limited.sof file is for evaluation purposes only. For more information regarding Opencore Plus Evaluation, please refer to AN 320.
