Error: "unrecognized device" (HiLo programmer with EPC1)

Description You may receive this error when using the Tribal Microsystems HiLo ALL-07a (also known as FLEX 700) programmer version 3.06 EPC.EXE file. You must use version 3.07 or higher of the EPC.EXE file when using HiLo ALL-07a programmers from Tribal Microsystems to program EPC1 devices. Please note that FLEX 700 and ALL-07a are the same programmer. This programmer is marketed in Europe and other parts of the world by ALL-07a except in the United States, where it is known as FLEX 700.
