Description
No, nCE cannot be used to pause configuration to your device. If nCE is deasserted while the device is being configured then you will need to start the configuration process again. Once the device is configured the nCE can be deasserted without any affect on the device but nCE must be low for any JTAG operation.
If you would like to pause configuration you can pause the DCLK signal.
