In what order do I list the coefficients in the .dat file for the 3 X 3 video convolver in the DSP Design Kit, version 2?

Description

The filter coefficients should be saved an in an ASCII text file (with the extension .dat) in the following order: C2, C3, C1, 0 (the fourth coefficient is always zero) Each coefficient should be on a separate line. A sample .dat file is shown below: 2 3 1 0
