BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 13.1 and earlier, you may see this Internal Error during the Fitting stage when compiling a design targeting the Arria® V device family.
Resolution This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 14.0.
