Description
The BTS GUI may be unable to locate the USB-Blaster™ because it is dependent on the Quartus® II software version provided with the BTS GUI. You need to install the same version of the Quartus II Software and set the QUARTUS_ROOTDIR to the related software path in the Environment Variables. Alternatively, if you already have the correct version of the Quartus II software installed on your machine, you can launch that version of the Quartus II software to set the proper Environment Variable path prior to launching the BTS GUI.
