Why do I see only one timing corner reported in the TimeQuest timing analyzer report?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description

If the multicorner analysis option is not turned on, the TimeQuest timing analyzer only reports timing information for one corner and labels it as Worst-Case Timing Paths. These paths may not be the worst-case paths over all timing corners.

Resolution

To report timing for all timing corners, perform the following step:

  • In the Quartus II software version 12.1 and later:
    1. Open the Settings dialog box from the Assignments menu and select the Compilation Process Settings category.
    2. Turn on the Enable multicorner support for TimeQuest and EDA Netlist writer option.
  • In the Quartus II software version 12.0 SP1 and earlier:
    1. Open the Settings dialog box from the Assignments menu and select the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer category.
    2. Turn on the Enable multicorner timing analysis during compilation option.
