When in the configuration process will the CRC_ERROR pin be driven low if enabled?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description When the CRC_ERROR function is enabled, the CRC_ERROR pin will begin to drive low once the device enters usermode. If you have the optional INIT_DONE pin enabled then the CRC_ERROR pin will be driven low once INIT_DONE is released and pulled high via the external pull-up.
