Description
Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 13.1 and earlier, you may see this error when using the quartus_cpf command to generate a Programmer Object File(.pof). This error occurs when you select a CFI or NAND configuration device.
Resolution
To work around this problem, perform one of the following actions:
- Create a Conversion Setup File(.cof) and use the following command
quartus_cpf -c <cof file>
- Use the Convert Programming Files GUI to generate the CFI or NAND .pof
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
