Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Software, you may see this error when executing 'qsys-edit' in the command line, if your project path contains any non-Unicode characters.

Resolution

To work around this problem, ensure the current language for non-Unicode programs option under Windows* OS is set to English (United States).
