How do I specify the web browser in the Quartus II software version 13.1 and later?

    Quartus® II Subscription Edition

Description

In the Quartus® II software version 13.1 and later, the Tools > Options > Web Browser setting has been removed and the software uses the default web browser specified by the Operating System.
