Description
Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 17.0 and earlier, you may see the Qsys Pro System Integration Tool intermittently hangs while opening with the heading "Initializing Qsysipc Bridge"
Resolution
To work around this problem, kill the Qsys Pro process and relaunch it
This problem has been fixed beginning with the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition software version 17.1
