Environment

    Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition
BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Sofware version 17.1 Update 2, you may see this internal error when opening the Interface Planner.

Resolution

To work around this problem delete all the files in the Unix's /tmp directory.  For Windows, reboot the PC.

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.1
