Error (225008): Can't open Quartus II Archive File /<.qxp file>

Environment

    Quartus® II Subscription Edition
BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 12.0 and later, you may see this error when opening a Quartus II Exported Partition File (.qxp) to view a QXP report. This error occurs if the file is located in a directory other than the current project directory. The error message lists the path to the project directory instead of the specified directory containing the .qxp.
Resolution

To work around this problem, copy the .qxp into the current project directory or create a link in the current project directory pointing to the .qxp.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
