Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software version 20.1 and earlier, you may see this error if the RAM inference is not enabled

Resolution

To work around this problem, apply the below setting in the Quartus® setting file (.qsf).

set_global_assignment -name AUTO_RAM_RECOGNITION ON
