Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 18.1 and earlier, you may see this internal error when you generate an Early Power Estimator (EPE) file or run Power Analyzer.

Resolution

To work around this problem, disable vectorless toggle rate analysis in the Power Analyzer Settings and recompile the project.
