Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.4, you may see this internal error if you have a Logic Lock Region that is larger than the size of the device.

Fixed region cannot have non empty bounding box

Resolution

To work around this problem, ensure that all of your Logic Lock Regions are no larger than the device.

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.3.
