Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.4 and earlier, you may see the below error if you enable the Intel Quartus Prime software notification feature in Windows* 10.

 

Resolution

To work around this problem, disable the notification feature setting in Tools > Options > Internet Connectivity > Notifications. 

This setting has been removed beginning with version 20.3 of the Intel® Quartus® Priome Pro Edition software.
