How do I setup DSP Builder License?

Environment

    DSP Builder for Intel® FPGAs Pro Edition
BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description

While Quartus recommends LM_LICENSE_FILE usage, it also allows to use an explicit path to the license file in the License Setup.  However, DSP Builder tracks the LM_LICENSE_FILE variable only.
